East 9 at Pickwick Plaza announces Downtown Kansas City’s first UPS Store opening as part of their new $65 million development slated to open Spring of 2017

Kansas City, Missouri – Gold Crown Properties, the developer of East 9 at Pickwick Plaza, Downtown Kansas City’s spectacular new multi-use community, offering vintage inspired living spaces with a modern vibe, is pleased to announce that UPS is opening its first downtown store location at East 9 at Pickwick Plaza this spring.
